Why is only part of my order in the warehouse?
The short answer
An order can arrive in several parcels. Compare received quantities, purchased variants and available tracking numbers before treating an item as missing.
The overall basket status may hide different situations. Check each order line separately, particularly for multipacks, multiple sizes or purchases from several sellers.
Match the order to the arrivals
- List ordered variants and quantities alongside what is visible in the warehouse.
- Check whether more than one tracking number belongs to the order.
- Ask the seller through your agent which items were included in each parcel.
If a parcel is incomplete
Ask the warehouse to confirm what it actually received. A photo showing one item does not always prove that only one arrived: request the item count. If a discrepancy is confirmed, send the reference and intake evidence to the agent so it can raise the appropriate request with the seller.
Now, make it yours.

Do all my sellers ship together?
No. Any consolidation happens later with your agent after the separate arrivals.
Should I wait before shipping received items?
Compare the wait, storage conditions and the cost of a second shipment before deciding.
