Delivered in China but missing from the warehouse?
The short answer
A carrier’s delivered scan and an item appearing in your account are different events. Check the delivery first, then whether the warehouse has matched that parcel to your order.
One parcel may contain several items, while one order may arrive in several parcels. First make sure the tracking number you are checking belongs to the item you are waiting for.
Collect the matching references
- Copy the domestic tracking number and delivery scan date.
- Match them to the order reference in your agent account.
- Ask whether the parcel was identified, is missing a reference or is awaiting intake.
If the details do not match
Ask the seller to confirm the parcel number and the items included. For a shipment you arranged yourself, check the customer identifier required by the warehouse. A tracking screenshot and dispatch confirmation let the agent investigate a specific parcel without prematurely assuming that it is lost.
Now, make it yours.
Describe the mismatch between tracking and your account without sharing personal contact details.

Does delivered mean the QC photos are ready?
No. Delivery, order registration and photography are separate operations.
Which tracking number should I check?
Use the seller-to-warehouse tracking in China. International tracking covers a different journey after your final parcel ships.
