How long do items take to reach the warehouse?
The short answer
The waiting time depends on the stage of the order. A paid item may still be waiting for purchase or seller dispatch. Once shipped, it needs domestic transport in China and then warehouse intake.
Start with the date of the last confirmed event. An average from an old review cannot predict your particular order, especially if the item is a preorder or the seller or warehouse is closed.
Find the stage that is taking time
- Check whether the agent has actually purchased the item from the seller.
- If dispatched, find the Chinese domestic tracking number and the latest carrier scan.
- If delivered, ask whether warehouse intake or QC photography is still pending.
What to send your agent
Provide the order reference, purchase date, exact status and domestic tracking. Ask which step is outstanding and whether the seller has given a dispatch date. Check every order line separately: one item still being prepared may be holding up the rest of a planned parcel.
Now, make it yours.

Does paid mean shipped?
No. Payment, the agent’s purchase and the seller’s dispatch are separate events.
Can Sourcr guarantee an arrival date?
No. Your agent and the carrier’s tracking remain the sources for your order. Sourcr helps interpret the stages.
