My item is in the warehouse. What happens next?
The short answer
Check the item and its measurements, decide which items to ship, then review packaging and delivery options. Arrival at the warehouse does not mean international shipping to your home is already paid.
This is the point to check your purchase while it is still with the agent. Keep the references of other items you are waiting for so you can decide whether to ship now or combine orders.
Before preparing the parcel
- Compare quantity, variant, size and visible condition with your order.
- Request any missing photos or measurements needed for your decision.
- Check the known weight, remaining storage period and items still on the way.
When submitting shipping
Select the items to include and the protection to keep. Compare the options available for the destination and the actual contents. Review the amount requested and what it covers before confirming. Keep the international parcel number afterwards; it is different from the domestic tracking numbers used by the sellers.
Now, make it yours.
Describe the items already received to organise your next steps.
