What should I check in QC photos?
The short answer
First check that the received item matches the order: variant, quantity and size. Then examine visible defects and request a specific view if an important detail is missing.
QC photos help inspect an individual item before it ships. Lighting, angle and image resolution affect what you can actually see.
Check in a useful order
- Compare the model, colour, accessories and number of pieces with the listing.
- Read the label and request relevant measurements if fit is uncertain.
- Inspect stitching, fastenings, joins and vulnerable areas using suitable views.
What the images do not prove
A photo does not measure comfort, durability, actual material composition or a device’s full functionality. Usage reports can add context. If a defect appears visible, ask for a targeted confirmation before deciding on a return; shadows and folds can mislead. QC photos are not brand authentication.

Is one photo enough to judge quality?
It may show a specific defect, but cannot cover every property or side of the product.
Why request a measurement photo?
To check an important dimension on your item instead of guessing its size from perspective.
